"I found out about soma chairs through my wife because the city and county of San Francisco use soma chairs and I've had mine for 11 years and have been so happy with it that when I wore out the fabric on the seat from putting my foot up on it often. So I ordered a replacement seat.  They offered it with installation, and I got it switched out with excellent service.

The installer provided excellent service, but I will agree with some reviewers that they are difficult to get a hold of. The main number has gone out of service several times but it seems to be working now. I don't blame the installer but they need to have a better response from HQ."
